Jaiden Dhawan is the Enterprise Manager for Aeros Racing. This is his first year participating in STEM Racing. Jaiden is responsible for developing the team's pit display, leading marketing efforts, and ensuring sustainability practices are incorporated. He plays a key role in promoting the team's brand and managing outreach initiatives. Jaiden has a strong interest in business and innovation and is excited to contribute to the team's success at the 2026 Worlds!
